DESCRIPTION
Aus-Grip (eco) is a two component, low density rigid foaming system specifically designed for plugging applications.

Aus-Grip (eco) System:

  • Is formulated with a Zero ODP¹, Zero GWP², and VOC³ exempt revolutionary Blowing Agent which is CFC, HCFC and HFC Free
  • Provides superior adhesion
  • Contains a flame retardant additive
  • Designed for ease of mixing in field applications

      APPLICATIONS/FUNCTIONS
      Aus-Grip (Eco) is used for cementing in and sealing collar pipes. It can also be used for plugging cavities in thief zones and has been used successfully to stabilise loose unconsolidated surface formations.

      Mixing Aus-Grip (Eco) in the correct proportions results in the formation of a rigid polyurethane foam which quickly exhibits excellent cohesive and bonding strengths.

      RECOMMENDED TREATMENT
      Before using Aus-Grip (Eco) please consult the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for further information on the correct safe handling procedures.

      Aus-Grip (Eco) tins are supplied in the correct ratio.

      Aus-Grip (Eco) are poured into a suitable container in the ratio;
      1 Complete Tin of Aus-Grip (Eco) A TO 1 Complete Tin of Aus-Grip (Eco) B

      The mixture is stirred vigorously for 10 to 20 seconds in a suitable container and immediately poured around the collar pipe or into the thief zone.
