DESCRIPTION
EZEE-DRILL is a blend of highly refined mineral oils, emulsifiers and surfactants specially formulated to produce a low cost high performance cutting oil for mineral drilling applications. EZEE-DRILL is an extreme pressure cutting oil designed to help achieve optimum drilling performance through freer cutting and cooling over the cutting surfaces. EZEE-DRILL will provide a degree of lubrication and can significantly extended bit and reamer life which will benefit both cost and production.
APPLICATIONS/FUNCTIONS
The primary application of EZEE-DRILL is in diamond coring where enhanced cutting action and lubrication will improve penetration rates and minimise wear. EZEE-DRILL is versatile and extremely easy to use, it can be considered for use in both surface and underground coring operations. EZEE-DRILL will disperse rapidly and can be used in fresh, hard and saline conditions; EZEE-DRILL is compatible with most water based additives.

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT
EZEE-DRILL can be applied directly into the rod line or to the batching tank. To ensure maximum performance is achieved the EZEE-DRILL should be totally homogenized into the system before use.
Recommended usage of EZEE-DRILL is 3.0 – 7.0kg per 1000 L. Pipe size, formation conditions and depth will dictate the most beneficial concentration.
