DESCRIPTION
BIODEGRADABLE HAMMER OIL is a vegetable oil based hammer lubricant supplied in three grades, 150, 320 and 460 centipoises.
BIODEGRADABLE HAMMER OIL is designed to improve the lubrication and wear characteristics of neumatically powered DTH hammers.
APPLICATIONS/FUNCTIONS
BIODEGRADABLE HAMMER OIL includes extreme pressure additives designed to substantially enhance lubrication and reduce
hammer failure due to the impact of humidity and high operating pressures.
BIODEGRADABLE HAMMER OIL is a unique hammer oil which prevents piston scuffing and heat build up used for all
kinds of pneumatic tools. AMC BIODEGRADABLE HAMMER OIL combines tackifiers, anti-rust, anti-wear and anti-fogging
additives to provide high film strength and lubrication to all moving parts.

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT
The following application rates are a guide only, factors
such as air pressures, air volume, temperature and downhole
conditions will dictate the most appropriate addition
rate to maximise production.

BIODEGRADABLE HAMMER OIL is not recommended as a preserving additive when preparing hammer oil for prolonged periods of
