DESCRIPTION
UNIVERSAL is vegetable oil-based cutting oil for diamond drilling, which is suitable in all types of make up water for both surface and underground application. AMCUNIVERSAL’s extreme pressure lubricating properties are designed to function at the face of an impregnated diamond bit giving improved penetration rates and extended bit life.

APPLICATIONS/FUNCTIONS
UNIVERSAL is environmentally friendly cutting oil which gives excellent performance in virtually all water types ranging from brackish bore water, to low pH (acidic) mine waters. It is particularly effective when re-circulated mine water is being used in underground drilling. UNIVERSAL contains extreme pressure lubricating agents which will help to cool diamond bits, increase penetration rates and extend bit life. UNIVERSAL acts to reduce rod torque and eliminate rod vibration.

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT
Add 2.5 – 5.0 Its per 1000 litres of water directly to the sump or inject into the circulating system.
