DESCRIPTION
POLYSET A & B are two components of a casing grout used to grout in casings for RC-drilling.

APPLICATIONS/FUNCTIONS

• To form a seal around the casing or pre collar at the surface.

ADVANTAGES


• Forms an effective seal in a short time.
• No time lost on waiting for the grout to set.

TYPICAL PROPERTIES


• Part A is a dark brown liquid.
• Part B is a translucent liquid
• Mix ratio is one tin (1 L) part A with tin (1 L) part B
• Start of reaction in 30 seconds
• End of foam time after 120 seconds
• Tack free time after 180 seconds

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT


• POLYSET A & B are poured into a suitable container in the ratio of can A to one can B. Stir thoroughly for 10 to 15 seconds and pour the mixture into the cavity between the casing and the bore wall. Store the A and B component in a cool dry place. Attention to safe handling and use of the product is strongly recommended. Do not place the foam mix in a closed cavity or container, as the foam rapidly expands and will build up considerable pressure.
