MRG-080 Trailer Rig

ABOUT MRG-080 DRILL Rig:
Is a highly compact, versatile hydraulic power drilling rig capable of drilling:

              
  1. 115 mm dia hole to a depth of 100 mtrs by DTH method in hard rock and abrasive formation           
  2. 165mm dia hole to a depth of 80 mtrs by DTH method in hard rock and abrasive formation.&           
  3. 203mm Dia hole to a depth of 30 mtrs by DTH method in hard rock and abrasive formation

TECHNICAL DATA, SPECIFICATIONS
MAST:
All steel work, capable of handling 3 mtrs drill Rods. Mast raised to vertical from storage position by a hydraulic cylinder. The mast is also equipped with 2 lights for night time operation.

FEED SYSTEM:
By means hydraulic cylinder and wire rope, reeving Ratio 1:2
          

  • Max pull up speed - 6.9 mtr/min (23 ft)           
  • Max pull down force - 2000 kg ( 4400 lbs)           
  • Max pull down speed – 10.5mtr/min (4.5ft/min )           
  • Max pull down speed – 10.5mtr/min (4.5ft/min )

    ROTATION HEAD:
    Single reduction gearbox, hydraulic motor driven, and variable rotation speed. Able to swing-a-side for easy casing installation, sub joint 2 3/8 API Reg
    Speed           : 0 – 55 rpm
    Max. Torque   : 146 kg-m

    HYDRUALIC POWER PACK:
    Driven by Deck Engine of suitable Capacity.

  • Hydraulic system: double gear pump type, system pressure 170 bar max, 70- litres tank capacity
  • Fuel tank: 25liters.

    OPERATION CONTROL PANEL:

  • 4levers: controlling rotation head, pull and feed
  • 2regulators for rotation speed and pull/feed weight
  • 4system pressure gauges

    WATER / FOAM INJECTION PUMP:
    Triplex piston pump driven by hydraulic motor.

  • Motor speed : 450rpm
  • Max. Displacement : 10 litres/min
  • Max. Working pressure: 30 bar

    STABLISING JACKS:

  • 2 Rear jacks - Hydraulic driven
  • 2 Front jacks - manually operated jack

    AIR LUBRICATION SYSTEM:
    Fitted lubricant of venture – type for drip lubrication – fully

  • Adjustable flow control – for DTH – Hammer
  • Max. Pressure : 20 bar
  • Oil tank capacity : 6 litres

    MOUNTING:
    Double Axle, with Break System Trailer with Towing Arrangement.

    COMPRESSOR:
    The compressor of capacity 450cfm/150 PSI is mounted on the separate Trolley. Compressor is driven by a suitable diesel engine - Compressor included with the rig!
